Review - Folk Radio UK

The latest review comes from one of our favorite websites for all kinds of info and resource regarding traditional music, Folk Radio UK. Thank you to Rachel Lynne Wilkerson for taking the time to listen and say something about our record, and to Alex Gallacher for running an awesome site. Check out our review and then peruse the site. Be sure to listen to their webcasts for all kinds of great music.

More Reviews!

The critics are starting to speak, and we are having a great time reading what they are saying. Two new reviews came in this week. The first one was penned by Tim Carroll at folkwords.com, and we are quite flattered by his words. Read the whole review here. A few days later, one of Boston's best independent music magazines, The Noise, included a review in their September issue. Francis DiMenno got his head around our music and made some fun musical comparisons. Check out his review here. A big thanks to both of these reviewers for taking the time to listen to our music.

Harbour is coming

We are very excited to have picked a name for our soon to be released album. "Harbour" will be in hand by the fourth of July. We've got a lovely little run in Maine and Canada this July, and right now we are booking trips in the Pacific Northwest, the California Bay area, Michigan and New England with more to come. Don't forget to sign our mailing list to receive updates on our CD release tours. You can also head over to our facebook for more regular updates.

New website and album update

Hello friends! Welcome to our new official website. We're thrilled to have a solid presence online for you all to check out. And we are thrilled further to inform you of the progress on our new album, which also features the inimitable Jeremiah McLane! The three of us finished recording the album late this summer. Since then it's been on the shelf as we prepare for post-production, but the wait is over and we start mixing this month. We're hoping to release the album in July (if you backed our kickstarter, you should receive your copy sooner than that!) and will be touring nationally over the next year to promote it. Stay tuned for dates as they develop. We're excited about the tracks, and we look forward to sharing the finished product with you!
